Terms of Service

CheatSpyder is a search tool. You enter details about a person (such as a first name, age, city, or a photo you are entitled to use) and the Service searches publicly available online sources, including public dating profiles, for possible matches.

The Service does not:

• Access private accounts, private messages, or any content behind a login;
• Hack, bypass, or circumvent any platform's security or privacy settings;
• Install software on, or track, anyone's phone or personal device;
• Provide real-time or GPS location tracking of any person.

Results are possible matches, not confirmed identifications. A result may refer to a different person with similar details, may be out of date, or may be incomplete. You should not treat any result as conclusive proof of anything. CheatSpyder is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, Badoo, Match Group, or any other platform whose public information may appear in results. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. The Service is strictly prohibited where its use would be unlawful.

Our full rules are codified in our dedicated Acceptable Use Policy. You agree to use the Service lawfully and only for your own personal, informational purposes. You must not use the Service or any result to:

• Stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, monitor, or harm any person;
• Locate or contact a person who does not want contact with you, or who is protected by a restraining order or protective order;
• Search for anyone under the age of 18;
• Discriminate against anyone, or commit fraud, identity theft, or impersonation;
• Publish, sell, or share results publicly, or “out” any individual;
• Upload a photo you do not have the legal right to use, or a photo of a minor;
• Scrape, copy, resell, or automate access to the Service;
• Break any law, including regional privacy, data protection, and biometric privacy laws.

We reserve the absolute right to refuse any search, suspend an account, or report activity to law enforcement where we reasonably believe the Service is being misused.

We currently offer three service pass options:

• Currency & Taxes: All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales taxes or VAT are added where required. Your card issuer may apply standard foreign transaction fees.
• Checkout Transparency: Before you pay, the checkout screen clearly displays the amount charged today, whether the plan renews, the recurring amount, the billing interval, and the date of the next charge.
• Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed by authorized third-party, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processors and merchant acquirers. We do not store or process your full payment card number on our servers.
• Billing Statement Descriptor: Charges will appear on your card or bank statement as CHEATSPYDER.COM.
• Automatic Renewal: The 3-Month and 6-Month plans are continuous subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle for the same duration and rate until cancelled. By purchasing, you authorize our third-party processors to charge your payment method on file on each renewal date.
• Renewal Reminders & Price Changes: We will email you an advance renewal reminder before each 6-Month subscription renewal and as required by regional consumer laws. If renewal pricing ever changes, we provide at least 30 days' advance email notice before the change takes effect.
• 1-Click Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time: (a) in Account Settings → Billing with one click; or (b) by emailing support@cheatspyder.com from your account email. Emailed cancellations are confirmed within 24 hours. Cancelling stops all future charges; access continues until the end of your prepaid period.

If you do not recognise a charge or believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at support@cheatspyder.com before contacting your bank. Please include the date, amount, and the last 4 digits of the card used. We will identify the charge and, where our Refund Policy applies, resolve or refund it promptly.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated with a bank, we reserve the right to temporarily pause account access while the inquiry is active, and we will provide the financial institution with complete fulfillment records, checkout disclosures, and service activity logs.

• Disclaimer of Warranties: The Service and all results are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that a search will locate any particular individual or profile, or that output data is error-free.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashford Digital Group LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, or for any action taken or decision made based upon search results. Our total cumulative liability for any claim relating to the Service is strictly limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Indemnity: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ashford Digital Group LLC from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service or its results.
• Termination: You may close your account at any time by emailing support@cheatspyder.com. We may suspend or terminate your account without refund where permitted by law if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or if required by law or card network rules.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@cheatspyder.com and allow 30 days for informal resolution. Any unresolved claim shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Kentucky, unless applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction mandate otherwise.
