Privacy Policy & Data Security Standards
Effective Date: June 18, 2026
At CheatSpyder, we prioritize user transparency, data security, and clear data compliance. This Privacy Policy details how our public data aggregation platform processes information strictly in accordance with global data regulations and merchant underwriting criteria.
1. Data Minimization & Ephemeral Processing (GDPR & CCPA)
CheatSpyder operates under strict data minimization principles. All search parameters, keywords, or reference identifiers provided by users during the dashboard search initialization flow are utilized solely to query publicly available, open-source web indexes.
- Ephemeral Storage: To protect user security, query metadata and temporary search results are automatically purged from our temporary server memory within ninety (90) seconds of query finalization.
- Right to Erasure: We do not compile persistent records or profiles of search parameters. In compliance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), users retain the absolute right to erasure, access, and restriction of data processing.
2. Comprehensive Cookie Disclosure & Technical Tracking
To ensure complete compliance with global privacy directives (including the EU Cookie Directive and the CCPA), our platform clearly outlines our tracking mechanics:
- Essential Authentication Cookies: We utilize essential, first-party cookies and local storage tokens to securely maintain user authentication states, preserve secure session configurations, and implement anti-Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) tokens. These are strictly mandatory for basic platform stability and app functionality.
- Third-Party Processor Cookies: Our integration with third-party payment processing networks utilizes encrypted verification cookies. These tokens are handled entirely by our external payment gateway to securely calculate risk, process subscription routing, and prevent malicious checkout behaviors.
- Analytics & Advertising Control: We do not deploy intrusive behavioral advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party marketing scripts on our domain. Your workspace session data remains completely private and insulated from third-party advertising networks.
3. California Privacy Rights & "Do Not Sell My Info" Framework
In strict accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and state-level privacy statutes:
- No Sale of Personal Data: CheatSpyder maintains a definitive zero-commercialization data model. We do not sell, rent, lease, trade, or distribute your personal details, account information, or search parameters to brokers, data miners, or external advertising conglomerates.
- Data Opt-Out Handling: Because our data model inherently blocks the commercialization of consumer profiles, your information is never exposed to external marketplaces. Users seeking a formal request under our "Do Not Sell My Personal Info" protocols can submit an automated exclusion ticket directly to our compliance desk to ensure their account state remains permanently marked as non-aggregatable.
4. Merchant Gateway & Payment Processing Safety
All credit card entries, tokenized data exchanges, and subscription management updates are executed securely outside of our core application framework.
- Secure Redirection: Payments are managed entirely by our PCI-DSS compliant Merchant of Record (MoR) and card processing partners. CheatSpyder never handles, caches, logs, or views your raw credit card numbers or banking secrets.
- Subscription Webhook Synchronization: Your financial transactions return a localized, encrypted token back to our database to unlock your specified software tier metrics while keeping your billing footprint secure.
5. Security Standards & Age Restrictions (COPPA Compliance)
To maintain structural compliance and platform integrity, CheatSpyder enforces strict separation protocols between user metadata and query execution infrastructure.
- Age Restriction: In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and international child safety standards, CheatSpyder maintains a zero-tolerance age restriction policy. The platform is strictly intended for individuals aged eighteen (18) years or older. If we discover any account has been initialized by a minor, all corresponding files and server data logs will be immediately and permanently expunged from our architecture.
