1. How and When You Receive Your Service

Your transaction receipt is sent automatically via email to the address associated with your account. Receipts clearly show the plan name, transaction amount, date, and billing descriptor CHEATSPYDER.COM.
2. If Delivery Is Delayed or Fails
If an unexpected network glitch prevents your search from completing within 24 hours, or you are unable to view your results:
- Check your email inbox and spam folder for the confirmation link.
- Log in to your account and navigate to Account → My Reports.
- If the report is still unavailable, email support@cheatspyder.com with your account email and transaction date.
Any search we fail to deliver due to our system error is refunded in full under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
