Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing the CheatSpyder search engine interface or initializing an active recurring subscription pass.
1. Permitted Informational Use & User Indemnification
By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or initiating a public database search query on CheatSpyder, you represent and warrant that you are utilizing this service strictly for lawful, personal, and informational purposes.
- Prohibited Conduct: Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing network outputs or gathered data points for harassment, unlawful stalking, intimidation, defamation, or any actions that violate regional privacy laws.
- User Representation: The user represents that they possess the necessary rights, permissions, or legitimate informational interest to input query parameters into the engine interface.
- Indemnification: The user agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CheatSpyder, its parent entities, developers, and operators from any legal, civil, or financial liabilities, claims, or disputes resulting from the user's utilization of public data outputs.
2. Payment Terms, Automatic Renewals, & Subscription Tiers
CheatSpyder operates exclusively as a recurring subscription-based computational software-as-a-service (SaaS).
- Billing Optimization: We maintain a strict no-free-trial policy. All available system passes are recurring subscription allocations billed dynamically in US Dollars (USD) or local equivalent currencies via our authorized payment processors.
- Automatic Renewal: Your chosen plan (Monthly, 3-Month, or 6-Month tiers) will automatically renew at the expiration of each billing cycle at our standard rate unless you cancel the subscription via your app dashboard at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the next scheduled re-billing timestamp.
- No-Refund Policy: Due to the immediate operational computational expenses, server routing costs, and real-time processing overhead required to generate search results, all sales are final. Computational usage credits and subscription fees are strictly non-refundable and non-recoverable.
3. Disclaimer of Affiliation & Governing Law
CheatSpyder operates as an independent public search engine and data indexing platform.
- Third-Party Trademarks: CheatSpyder is not endorsed, sponsored, affiliated, or associated with any third-party social networks, dating applications, mobile software providers, or external platforms. All product names, logos, and trademarks displayed across the site are the exclusive property of their respective trademark holders.
- Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes, interpretations, or claims arising from your use of this web platform shall be governed exclusively by the laws of our registered operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
