2. Information About Searched Individuals
When a user runs a search query, the Service looks strictly for publicly available information that may match the parameters entered. Results may include:
- Public dating profile details (such as display name, age, public photos, public bio, and general city/region shown publicly on the profile);
- Public social media profile metadata;
- When a public profile was last seen as active, only where the external platform displays this indicator publicly.
What We Explicitly Do Not Collect:
We do not collect private messages, private accounts, or content behind a login. We do not hack, track any device, or collect precise or real-time GPS location coordinates of any individual.
Free Opt-Out Removal: Any individual can request to exclude their public profile information from future search results by visiting cheatspyder.com/opt-out or emailing support@cheatspyder.com. We acknowledge requests within 3 business days and complete removal within 30 days without fee or account registration.
3. Face Matching & Biometric Data Schedule
If you utilize photo search, you upload an image and our engine generates a mathematical face vector template solely to compare against publicly accessible profile photos for that single query.
- Ephemeral Purpose: Face templates are created strictly to process the search you request.
- 24-Hour Destruction: Face templates and uploaded photos are permanently deleted within 24 hours of query completion.
- No Selling or Training: We never sell, lease, trade, or profit from biometric representations. We never use biometric data to train or improve machine learning models.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share information only with:
- Payment Processors: Authorized third-party, PCI-DSS certified payment processors and merchant acquirers to securely process transactions, manage cancellations, and perform fraud prevention. Full card numbers are never stored on our servers.
- Cloud & Infrastructure Providers: Highly secure cloud infrastructure hosting the web application, databases, and secure processing nodes.
- Communications Providers: Automated email delivery providers for order receipts, renewal reminders, and customer support.
- Legal Authorities: Where strictly required by valid legal process, subpoena, or to protect vital physical safety.
Confidentiality Guarantee: We never notify a searched individual that a search was conducted, and we never disclose your identity to searched individuals except where required by lawful court order.
